The Risotto Month

A classic of Italian cuisine that has become an essential part of our menu. Risotto can be prepared in countless variations – as a side or a main dish. Firm on the inside, creamy on the outside – requiring attention and care in every step. Combined with herbs, seasonal vegetables, meat, mushrooms or other aromatic surprises, risotto never gets boring.

The Prawn Month
Prawns, shrimps, scampi – many names, one flavour. They differ mainly in size. No matter what they are called, these juicy seafood delicacies with their bright red shells are treasures from the sea. Served warm or cold, they shine in starters, soups or creamy sauces. Grilled to perfection, they become the highlight of any summer barbecue.

The Hamburger Month
Burgers – with style.
In July, we show how versatile a hamburger can be when creativity, premium ingredients and a touch of Mediterranean finesse come together. Tender meat meets surprising combinations, sea meets land, tradition meets refined cuisine.
Whether lamb with Gottardo cheese, beef with sweet cherry compote or even octopus or trout tartare – each burger tells its own story. Juicy, aromatic and anything but ordinary.

The Raw Fish Month
Fresh, light and full of character. August is dedicated to the pure elegance of raw fish. Finely sliced, delicately marinated or served as tartare – quality speaks for itself.
Citrus, olive oil, herbs and spices enhance the natural flavours. A play of textures and aromas – perfect for warm summer evenings.

The Porcini Month
The porcini mushroom, also known as the “king of mushrooms”, delights with its nutty flavour and versatility. It grows on mossy forest floors near spruce, beech or pine trees. Its season begins in late summer and lasts into autumn. With its firm texture and intense aroma, it is a true star of mushroom cuisine.

Tender, refined and full of flavour: October celebrates the great classics of meat cuisine. Filet and tartare take centre stage – sometimes pure, sometimes creatively refined, always with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.
